Industries we form for

Each sector places different demands on bend angle, tolerance, and material strength. The machine and tooling selection follows the part, not the other way around.

Application cases

Bending tolerances, radius retention, and cycle efficiency

Case one: heavy electrical cabinetry. A multi-flange enclosure panel was formed with consistent angle control across the full run, keeping flange-to-flange dimensions within the tolerance the assembly required.

Case two: high-tensile transport chassis components. Radius retention was held through the bend sequence so that the formed part kept its designed profile without cracking at the inside radius.

Case three: multi-step bending sequences. Custom tooling was arranged so that successive bends cleared the already-formed flanges, letting the part complete its full cycle without tool collision.
